Adrien Luccisano
Founder & Managing Director
Graduated as an engineer, Adrien has always been passionate about new technologies and about helping both small and large organizations move toward the future.
In 2015, he founded Partner, turning this vision into reality by supporting clients on complex, high-impact transformation projects across engineering, consulting, and regulated environments. Over the years, he has worked closely with financial institutions, corporates, and institutional clients on mission-critical systems, delivery models, and transformation programs.
Today, through Denara, Adrien focuses on bridging institutional environments with Web3 technologies, combining institutional-grade standards, execution discipline, and pragmatic innovation.
Outside of work, Adrien maintains an active lifestyle. He practices sports extensively (cycling, boxing, fitness), enjoys traveling across the West Indies, Asia, the Middle East, and Polynesia, and has a strong passion for fine watches.
Max Pokam
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Max is a senior technology and cybersecurity leader with 15 years of experience at Fortinet, where he worked on large-scale, security-critical systems for enterprises and institutional clients.
His background spans network security, secure architectures, and complex infrastructure environments, providing a strong foundation for designing resilient Web3 systems. Over the years, Max has developed deep expertise in blockchain engineering, smart contract security, cryptographic systems, and production-grade infrastructure.
At Denara, Max leads technical strategy, architecture decisions, and smart contract audits, ensuring that every system meets institutional-grade security and reliability expectations.

Sales Administration Manager
Clea oversees sales administration and commercial operations at Denara.
She has built her experience across consulting environments and engineering-driven organizations, where accuracy, contractual rigor, and operational coordination are critical. Her background includes working alongside consulting teams and institutional clients, supporting complex engagements and structured delivery models.
At Denara, Clea ensures smooth contract management, invoicing processes, and effective coordination between sales, delivery teams, and clients.
Raja Alsuwari
Human Resources & Talent Manager
Raja leads talent acquisition, people operations, and HR strategy at Denara.
She brings experience from consulting, engineering, and institutional environments, where attracting senior profiles and managing international teams is essential. Raja focuses on sourcing high-level engineers, security specialists, and consultants with backgrounds in banking, technology, and regulated industries.
She also plays a key role in maintaining Denara’s culture, onboarding experience, and long-term employee well-being, supporting the company’s decentralized organization model.
Paul Le Gallec
Business Manager – Web3 & Digital Assets
Paul is responsible for business development and client relationships across Web3 and digital asset initiatives.
He has experience working in consulting and engineering-driven contexts, including exposure to institutional and banking clients, where complex requirements, regulatory constraints, and delivery precision are key.
At Denara, Paul works closely with clients to structure the right delivery squads, align technical execution with business objectives, and ensure projects are deployed in a way that meets institutional expectations.
